Education & Academic Medical Centers

The "education industry", is estimated to be between $630 and $680 billion dollars, with 7,000 major campuses. The average security system implementation is estimated at $1.2 million. STG has designed and managed major projects at prestigious university campuses including associated work at their related Bio-medical facilities, Hospitals and Medical Centers. Our clients include: Brown University & Medical, Johnson & Wales University Charlotte, NC and Providence, RI, Harvard University System (The College, & Medical Center), Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH, Rhode Island School of Design The Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and SUNY Upstate and Downstate Medical Centers. Public University Systems

STG developed the End-to-End Design and Management Service (EEDMS) tailored to address the needs of large state university systems. In these circumstances, expertise, continuity and distributed model management were critical. Our work has allowed our clients in this sector to overlay the security management component on existing practices and personnel models and given them a sustainable security system. Our clients in this sector have included: The University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Lowell, Fitchburg, Worcester and the affiliated community colleges, State University of New York System, Geneseo, New Paltz, Buffalo, Oneonta, Fredonia and the affiliated campuses (54), The University of New Hampshire System (12 campuses), The University of Pennsylvania System and The University of Florida System. Federal Housing Sector

Our Federal Housing Sector services have designed and commissioned entire sections of Boston that fall under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) management as well as other 501c3 Housing Renovations Programs. With over 200 camera systems on wireless networks in place our installations have made these settings safer and delivered management technology and tools to our clients. We have expanded our projects over the last decade to include the Digital Cities and Towns initiative deploying wireless surveillance to HUD systems nationwide. Regional clients in Northeast sector include: in Rhode Island Providence, Central Falls, Warwick, Coventry,Pawtucket; in Massachusetts, Mass Housing Boston (TDC, CORNU, BHA) . Lawrence, Fall River, New Bedford Our security configuration has driven overall crime down in these residences, with the Providence installation credited for eliminating homicides last year.

Hot Zone Security

In response to a profound market need STG has expanded it services to hot zone  security consulting where biological, radiological or food supply or other safety concerns compound already complex enterprise security needs. Our work has secured these facilities and their continued operations. International Advisory Services

STG has been called upon to advise international industry and large-scale development project regarding security of installations, initiatives, goods and personnel. In China's Chaiyu Park Development initiative (situated in the Daxin/Beijing district) has been instrumental in the development of the first Safety and Security Industrial Park in China.
